Wtfamievendoing AB (org. nr 559471-2142), Sweden. Effective 2 November 2026.

Creative Seller Mentorship Accelerator terms

These terms govern the Accelerator program sold by Wtfamievendoing AB (“the Coach”) to the business buying it (“the Client”).

Eligibility

The program is sold to businesses only, and a valid VAT ID is required at checkout. It is for established Etsy sellers with 1,000 or more all-time Etsy sales. By purchasing, the Client confirms they meet this requirement.

By accepting these terms at checkout and completing payment, the Client agrees to these terms and enters into a service agreement with the Coach, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

1. Service

The program begins on the date the first payment clears and ends at 23:59 Swedish local time on the day before the six-month anniversary of that date. It includes:

  • One customised action plan built around the Client’s level and goals
  • 1-on-1 written coaching focused on scaling the Client’s Etsy business
  • Weekly written check-ins and progress reviews through Skool direct message
  • Adjustments to the action plan where reasonably necessary
  • Written feedback and guidance from the Coach
  • Calls arranged between the Coach and Client when reasonably necessary and mutually agreed
  • Access to the Creative Seller Mentorship community on Skool and the Creative Seller Suite software for six months

Software access is provided on an “as available” basis and may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable or discontinued where reasonably necessary. The Coach will not be responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party services, technical failures or circumstances outside the Coach’s reasonable control.

The weekly written check-ins are the primary coaching format. Calls may be initiated by either party when reasonably necessary and must be mutually scheduled. Calls are supplementary to the written coaching and are not provided at a fixed frequency, duration or schedule.

The Coach provides strategy, guidance and accountability. Except for the conditional guarantee in Section 5, the Coach does not guarantee specific revenue, sales or business outcomes.

2. Price and payment

The total price is 54,000 SEK, paid in three installments:

  1. 18,000 SEK at checkout
  2. 18,000 SEK approximately 30 days after checkout
  3. 18,000 SEK approximately 60 days after checkout

If the Client chooses to pay in EUR at checkout, the EUR amount is Stripe’s conversion of the SEK price and may vary slightly between installments.

This is one six-month commitment paid in installments. It is not a month-to-month arrangement that can be cancelled. The Client expressly authorises Wtfamievendoing AB to initiate three card payments of 18,000 SEK each, consisting of one payment at checkout and two further payments approximately 30 and 60 days later, using the payment method provided at checkout. The payment plan ends automatically after the third installment, and no further charges are made.

VAT

Where applicable under Swedish and EU VAT rules, services supplied to a taxable business customer established in another EU country with a valid VAT number will be invoiced without Swedish VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. The Client is responsible for accounting for VAT in its own country.

The Client must provide its legal business name, registered business address, country of establishment and VAT number. The Coach may verify the VAT number and may correct the VAT treatment if the information is incomplete, invalid or inconsistent.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, coaching and access may be paused until payment is received. The remaining payment obligation stays in place if the Client stops participating, misses check-ins or chooses not to continue.

The Client must have paid all three installments, or otherwise satisfied all payment obligations under these terms, before submitting a guarantee claim. A failed, reversed, disputed or unpaid installment does not count as paid. An installment is considered paid only when the funds have cleared and are not later reversed, charged back or refunded.

Payment plan acknowledgment

The Client understands that stopping participation does not automatically cancel the remaining installments. Any payment dispute or requested cancellation must first be raised with the Coach in writing.

3. Client responsibilities and weekly check-ins

To qualify for the guarantee in Section 5, the Client must meet every requirement in this section for the full six months.

A. Monday check-in

Beginning on the first Monday after the first payment date and continuing through the final Monday of the six-month coaching period, the Client must send a written check-in to the Coach every Monday by direct message on Skool, no later than 23:59 Swedish local time. Each check-in must include:

  • Actions completed during the previous week
  • Measurable results achieved
  • Actions not completed, and why
  • Priorities for the coming week
  • Questions, obstacles or decisions that need coaching input
  • Business metrics the Coach has asked for

The Client is responsible for sending each check-in. The Coach is not required to send reminders.

If an emergency or serious unforeseen event prevents a Monday check-in, the Client must tell the Coach as soon as reasonably possible and send the check-in within 48 hours.

One missed check-in does not automatically disqualify the Client. The Coach will give written notice, and the Client then has seven days to correct it. Repeated or uncorrected missed check-ins may disqualify the Client from the guarantee.

B. Implementation

The Client must:

  • Complete the agreed action items within the agreed deadlines
  • Participate in calls arranged by mutual agreement when reasonably necessary, or provide reasonable notice if the Client cannot attend an agreed call
  • Provide accurate business, sales, customer and financial information
  • Implement the agreed strategies in good faith
  • Track and report the relevant business metrics
  • Provide reasonable proof of implementation when asked
  • Respond to reasonable requests from the Coach within seven days
  • Tell the Coach promptly about major changes to the business
  • Keep records of revenue, refunds, direct costs and gross profit

The Coach is not responsible for results affected by inaccurate information, failure to implement, delayed action, missed communication, changes to the business model, or events outside the Coach’s control.

The Client understands that the Coach may provide coaching primarily through written communication. The Client is responsible for reviewing and responding to the Coach’s written guidance and implementing the agreed action items.

C. Proof for a guarantee claim

To claim the guarantee, the Client must provide:

  • Records of the weekly Monday check-ins
  • Evidence of completed action items
  • Sales and payment records for the coaching period
  • Refund and chargeback records
  • Direct-cost records used to calculate gross profit
  • Any other reasonable documentation needed to verify the claim

The Coach may delay or deny a claim if the documentation is insufficient.

D. Disqualification from the guarantee

The Client may be disqualified from the guarantee if the Client:

  • Repeatedly misses Monday check-ins
  • Repeatedly fails to complete agreed action items
  • Refuses to provide reasonable proof of implementation
  • Provides materially inaccurate information
  • Stops communicating with the Coach, or fails to respond for more than seven days without an approved reason
  • Changes the business model or offer without telling the Coach
  • Takes actions that materially prevent the agreed strategy from being evaluated

4. No guarantee of specific results

Except for the conditional guarantee in Section 5, the Client understands that results depend on factors outside the Coach’s control. These include execution, market conditions, offer quality, traffic, customer behaviour, competition and operating capacity.

5. Conditional shortfall guarantee

If the Client has paid all amounts due under these terms, satisfies every requirement in Section 3, and earns less than 54,000 SEK in verified gross profit during the six-month coaching period, the Coach will refund the difference.

Refund = 54,000 SEK − verified gross profit

For purposes of calculating the refund, verified gross profit cannot be less than 0 SEK. If the Client’s verified gross profit is negative, it will be treated as 0 SEK and the maximum refund will be 54,000 SEK.

Verified gross profitRefund
0 SEK54,000 SEK
30,000 SEK24,000 SEK
54,000 SEK or moreNo refund

The maximum refund is 54,000 SEK, and the refund will not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client.

“Verified gross profit” means the gross profit generated from orders placed and paid for through the Client’s disclosed Etsy shops during the six-month coaching period, measured from the first payment date through the final day of the program. Gross profit generated before the first payment date is excluded, even if the related payout is received during the program. Sales, refunds, chargebacks and direct costs are attributed to the period in which the relevant order occurred.

Gross profit is calculated as the amounts paid by customers for those orders, excluding VAT, sales tax, refunds, chargebacks, cancelled orders and amounts not ultimately retained by the Client, minus direct costs. Revenue and costs in other currencies are converted to SEK at the exchange rate on the date of the order.

The Client must identify the Etsy shop name, shop URL and Etsy account owner for each shop included in the guarantee calculation. This information must be provided at checkout or in writing before coaching begins. Any shop not disclosed before coaching begins is excluded from the guarantee calculation.

Direct costs include product production costs, print-on-demand costs, transaction fees, listing fees, payment-processing fees, shipping costs paid by the Client, and other costs directly attributable to fulfilling the relevant Etsy sales.

Unless agreed in writing, direct costs exclude general overhead, owner compensation, taxes, debt repayments, personal expenses, and any other costs not directly needed to produce and deliver the sale.

Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and other reversals relating to orders placed during the coaching period will be attributed to those orders even if processed after the coaching period ends. The Coach may wait until reasonably available transaction data is complete before calculating the final verified gross profit.

The Client must request the refund in writing within 14 days after the coaching period ends and provide the records listed in Section 3C. The Coach will calculate verified gross profit reasonably and in good faith based on the records provided. If the records are incomplete, the Coach may request additional documentation before making a determination.

6. Intellectual property

All coaching materials, templates, frameworks, recordings, documents and software provided by the Coach remain the Coach’s property. The Client receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Client’s own business. The Client may not resell, publish, copy, distribute or share them with third parties.

7. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other party’s confidential business, financial and personal information private and uses it only for this coaching relationship.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that the Client cannot legally waive under applicable law.

9. Acceptance

By accepting these terms at checkout and completing payment, the Client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these terms
  • Have 1,000 or more all-time Etsy sales
  • Agree to the six-month coaching commitment
  • Authorise the three scheduled payments
  • Agree to send the weekly Monday check-ins
  • Understand that weekly written check-ins are the primary coaching format, and that calls are arranged only when reasonably necessary and mutually agreed
  • Accept the implementation requirements, the guarantee conditions and the refund formula
